Our Story Continues
Our value chain is our pride: our raw materials are sourced from the African rural communities, the kernels, fruit and seeds in which the oils and butters are derived from are handpicked by men and women who then sell to local processors. We purchase these processed raw materials manufacture our skin care products and sell them back to the community and the world
Partnerships goes a long way: we love to partner with locals to create master pieces, especially our arts & culture community, our local designers and our local impactful celebrities, to increase our value chain and hold each other's hand to grow. Our toiletry bags, cosmetic bars, home range stands and woven baskets are all made by the youth in the arts and culture.
Order-Confirmation
If you desire an order confirmation from our flower shop we will send it to you by e-mail. You’ll typically receive a notification upon order approval, and another on order delivery. Please note that the order delivery time will not be the exact time of delivery. Our delivery driver will enter the delivery confirmation when he returns from deliveries, which may be at the end of the day.
Customer-Unsatisfaction
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with cosmetic shop’s service for any reason, feel free to contact us. We will either refund your money or redeliver a new product. The choice is yours. Refunds are returned to the payment method on your original purchase and typically take 24 to 72 hours. We are available to help you with any issue that may come up. Failed-Delivery
If any customer claims an order was not delivered, we ask that we are given at least 24-48 hours to investigate and to determine what has occurred. In many cases, delivery was attempted but either the recipient was not home/office and/or no neighbours were available to accept the order. We reserve the right to attempt a re-delivery if this occurs. Please note that we make every effort to make the delivery on the scheduled date. Because we are working with perishable products, sometimes Mother Nature works against us, and a particular situation (leaving on a porch) may be out of our control.
Order Cancellation
Should any customer place an order through Shedol Cosmetics and then need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made prior to the delivery of the order. If the cancellation is received after the order is delivered, no refund can be issued. Cancellations will not be accepted if a customer places an order but provides information that prevents direct delivery, such as in the case of a wrong office or home address. The customer can obtain new information so that the order can then be properly delivered using correct information.
Refused-Delivery
Shedol Cosmetics is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. Shedol Cosmetics will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.
Over-Ordering
Shedol Cosmetics is not liable for customer errors that result in the over-ordering of a product. During the checkout process the customer is provided with a total of the order PRIOR to the order being submitted. The customer is given the option to remove items or reduce the quantity ordered. Shedol Cosmetics makes every effort to review orders where multiple quantities of a same item are ordered but we do not guarantee, nor are we liable, for any order sent out exactly as the customer ordered. If a customer orders more than one of any single item but meant to send a lesser quantity and the ordered amount is sent to the recipient, no refund can be offered since what was ordered is what will be delivered.
